Last night we lost three of our number: Kitt of Clan Brujah, "Stinky" of Clan Nosferatu and the Caitiff from Saskatoon. This was in part due to their reluctance to follow the simple guidelines and procedures that were established before the teams were sent out into the field.
When an unknown Kindred is spotted, the procedure is as follows:
Send the invisible member of your team to follow unseen. Ascertain meeting places, havens and the like. Watch their movements as much as possible, while reporting things in to the central communications hub. Give details of size of group, possible bloodgifts, meeting places, etc.
Then contact the closest team, or two if that seems necessary, join together and assault on masse. With the foreknowledge of their havens, etc. this may not even become necessary, if it should, tracking their movements at least allows us to pick when we engage them. This allows us our best chance at Masquerade preservation as well as allowing the possibility of a quick strike taking their group by surprise and limiting our losses considerably.
What remains of Primogen Kennedy's team and of Kitt's team will group together into one team and continue with Kitt's areas. Has anyone heard from Sam Hartwell? He did not check in as per usual, I know he suffered some injuries last night, perhaps he is recuperating?
Final note: We badly need someone who can disarm explosives. I would suggest that the Nosferatu may be the most likely here, Mr. Kennedy, would you mind contacting Sarah and seeing if the Anarchs have any abilities in that area? I'll ask Tusk. By disarm, I mean disarm, not set off and withstand. They are planted underneath the residences of the University of Manitoba. We don't need another University blowing up. No one plays the hero here, if you can do it, fine. If not don't try and bullshit your way through.
