To: Esteemed Members of the Camarilla It has come to my attention that there has been some confusion about a recent decision of mine. It has been said that Clan Nosferatu has been banished from the Domain of Winnipeg, this is simply untrue. Recent events with Clan Nosferatu seem to be plagued with communication issues and I am still awaiting fulfillment of diplomatic efforts dating back to the Springfield Conclave. In light of these occurances and to minimize the potential for conflict, while those Nosferatu who have been previously accepted within Winnipeg are welcome still, any others who are thinking of travelling should perhaps delay their plans until the current situation is resolved. Duly appointed representatives of Clan Nosferatu with the appropriate credentials are, of course, welcome to correspond with myself in order to clarify this regrettable situation.
