Last evening while I traveled to my haven, I was waylaid by hunters. They were organized and well prepared.
They knew who they were looking for and had set a careful ambush for me. I should be ashes blowing on the wind right now.
Luckily, both Stephania Bonaducci and Cassandra Glass were nearby and able to come to my aid. We all sustained grievous wounds in the combat, but were able to dispatch this group without breaching the Masquerade.
The hunters have been questioned and dealt with. I shall present my findings to the court as a whole tonight.
For their actions in not only saving my life, but ridding the Domain of a very dangerous threat while preserving the First Tradition, both Stephania and Cassandra deserve recognition.
As I am Exalted, Cassandra Glass will be known as Feared for her prowess in battle.
As I am Well-Known, Stephania Bonaducci will be known as Valiant for her martial abilities tempered with her respect for our great society's Traditions.
