Last Court in my anger, I made an announcement that Independents would no longer be allowed within the Court. I have since had a chance to reconsider this decision.
Independents, Anarchs and Autarkis will be allowed in the Court, subject to my prior edicts about presentation and their continued usefulness and good behaviour.
Giovanni, however are only to be within my Court when specifically asked for, and only if asked for.
