Caitiff will be presented by a member of the Primogen Council. They will be expected to know all the regular rules. Primogen presenting Caitiff are strongly suggested to seek recompense for their trouble.
Caitiff will be allowed to exist within the city for one month. At the end of the month they will have either been adopted by a Camarilla Clan, or they will be Banished. Primogen are strongly suggested to ensure that the clanless repay such a great favour and blessing in the future.
Caitiff returning from Banishment will be killed.
