When a Kindred is presented by their Primogen I expect them to know the following:
A small amount of time will be allotted at each court for Primogen to meet with new arrivals in order to inform those who did not announce their arrival.
Primogen will be expected to know where the newcomer is from and what Camarilla Status they may hold.
